CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Annapolis and Charlottesville both carry the nickname Blues on their respective jerseys and banners.
Out on the soccer pitch, not much separated the two sides.
The Annapolis blues edged host Charlottesville Blues FC 2-1 in USL League Two-Chesapeake Division play Monday at Charlottesville (Va.) High School.
And it took nearly the whole game to squeak out the win.
