Chicago Nation (Chicago, IL) enters the quarterfinals with one of the league's most solid defenses, allowing only six goals during the regular season. The Midwest Central-North runners-up have remained unbeaten on the road and earned impressive victories over top teams such as New York Shocker and Detroit City FC. Their opponent, New York Braveheart SC (New York, NY), has been just as strong on the road, with an impressive offensive attack that netted 35 goals during the regular season. After dominant victories over Lynchburg FC and Falls River, Braveheart will aim to make their first-ever trip to the National Finals in California.

In a West Coast clash, Deportivo Rose City (Portland, OR) will look to protect their unbeaten home record against LA10 Football Club (Los Angeles, CA). Rose City advanced to the quarterfinals by defeating Valley 559. LA10 is known for their offensive firepower, having scored 52 goals while conceding just twice during the regular season. After coming up short in the Fall 2024 quarterfinals, LA10 is eager to make their first-ever appearance in the National Finals.

Saint Croix SC (Minneapolis, MN) has been one of the standout teams in the playoffs, having eliminated Spring 2024 National Finalists Dodge City Toros in the Round of 16. They will now face a Balboa FC (Fort Worth, TX) side that has turned heads this postseason with a string of upsets over teams such as Sporting NTX, Foro SC, Little Rock Rangers, and Houston FC. Both teams enter the quarterfinals with strong momentum and confidence.

The only quarterfinal match on Sunday features Tennessee Tempo FC (Nashville, TN) against Florida's Miami United FC (Miami, FL). Tempo, who finished as runners-up in the 2022 National Finals, is determined to return to the big stage. Meanwhile, Miami United, with a prolific attack that scored 42 goals in 13 games, continues to ride high following their successful Winter Florida Regional Cup campaign. Both teams are seeking a return to the national spotlight, with Tempo hoping to make a comeback and Miami looking to make their debut in the National Finals.

The UPSL National Finals will begin on Friday, August 8, with the National Semifinals, followed by the National Championship Final on Sunday, August 10. For more details on the UPSL Spring 2025 National Playoffs and Finals, visit upsl.com.
